Нея Саламина

Nea Salamina Famagusta Football Club (Greek: Νέα Σαλαμίνα Αμμοχώστου) is a Cypriot football club based in Famagusta which currently plays in the Cypriot First Division. The club was established in 1948 by Greek Cypriot refugees from the Turkish-occupied city of Famagusta.

Nea Salamina is one of the most successful clubs in Cyprus, having won the Cypriot Championship seven times and the Cypriot Cup nine times. The club has also participated in European competitions, including the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League.

Nea Salamina's home ground is the Ammochostos Stadium in Larnaca. The club's colours are red and white, and its crest features a phoenix, which is a symbol of the club's resilience and determination to overcome adversity.
